With the community and public help, our Lions Club provides support, sponsorship and donates to may causes.
By modern technology we can reach out to a wider audience and hopefully provide more to those who deserve and need help.
On this page we will provide a conduit to contribute direct to our secure projects account.
All money donated using the bank account number provided will be put to the project you specify from the list.
We are a registered Charitable Trust CC27759 and accounts are open for public scrutiny.
Lions pay for their own administration so all money collected for charity is returned to charity. Only when fundraising via sausage sizzles, events and sales are the direct cost of any purchased/site items used, paid out. EG. Sausages, bread, gas etc and even then Lions and supporters often donate from own pockets. The list below contain links to many sites for more explanation on their aims,

NZ Lions Clubs Child Mobility Foundation
The mission
The Lions Clubs New Zealand Child Mobility Foundation will benefit the community by making provision for young people with limited mobility while being sensitive to their mental and emotional needs.
The Hart Walker
The Hart Walker is a customised orthotic walking frame which has fitted bracing around the child's chest, hips and down the lower limbs to provide support and alignment. It has movable joints which are adjustable to the growing child.
Initial Hart Walker assessments, fittings, and ongoing adjustments are performed at clinics held twice a year in Auckland, Wellington,Christchurch and Dunedin.
Lions Clubs assist with organising venues and refreshments for the technicians and families who attend.

Global aid and relief via Lions International Foundation,Lions Clubs International Foundation has extensive experience in providing immediate and long-term relief following disasters. Local Lions and Lions leaders assess the immediate needs and develop a long-term reconstruction plan; LCIF staff is involved in planning. Providing Disaster Relief through LCIF
- Each year the Foundation awards millions in grants for disaster relief. Over the last 10 years, the Foundation has given over US$100 million.

It's a family oriented magic show and it's our gift to allow deserving children, families and carers to have an enjoyable break and put some magic in their lives.
Blockhouse Bay Lynfield Lions Club are inviting schools & organisations in their area bounded by Dominion Rd Sth, Richardson Rd, Wolverton Rd, Green Bay, to apply for complimentary tickets to distribute to children and their families whom you consider deserve a treat.
