Guide from SportNZ.
"The Government released its new COVID-19 Strategy on 12 September which outlines protection requirements to help keep New Zealand safe with COVID-19 in the community. This Strategy replaces the old Covid Protection Framework (CPF) or Traffic Light System that was in place previously.
There are no longer any restrictions for the Sport and Recreation Sector under the new COVID-19 Strategy. This means there are no longer any requirements around gathering or event numbers, mask wearing and vaccination certificates."
BUT as Lions we advise to be on the safe side, wear a mask if confined in small space with strangers eg:- If in your car as passengers or mixing and mingling in close contact at say log in and any other grouping of strangers.
With Covid and newer strains around we want everyone to be safe but without spoiling the enjoyment of all in our event.
