ENTRY SAFETY CONDITIONS
Walk Date: Sunday 23 November 2025 Place: Blockhouse Bay Primary School,
LOG IN FROM 9.30am to 9.50am cut off for start line up Walk Start Time: 10 am
10 laps of school grounds = approx. 5K but not compulsory
Be There: In time to park and log in from 9.30am to 9.50am
Parking behind library, Blockhouse Bay Rd and side streets.
The walk is open to all. Individuals or groups. 10 laps of the grounds is the aim, but any distance completed is a victory.

SAFETY: It is compulsory for all entrants in this event, their guardians and their supporters to read these conditions and comply with its stipulations. It is also their responsibility to familiarise themselves with the event course and all its hazards, including those not mentioned here. Please inform your supporters of their responsibility to comply.
Primary Responsibility You are responsible for your own health and safety during the event. By entering this event, you agree to a statement of understanding to this effect and is binding. Blockhouse Bay-Lynfield Lions Club has taken every car to ensure safety but you enter at your own risk, knowing that walking of any sort has risks and absolve the . Blockhouse Bay-Lynfield Lions Club, its members, volunteers and Blockhouse Bay Primary school of any liability. You should only undertake to participate in this event if you believe that you are fit to do so. At no stage of this event should you engage in activity that would threaten your own safety and the safety of other people. You should obey Lions and appointed marshals, where they are instructing you for your safety.
Safe Conduct During the Event Please be cautious on the course where grass and path’s are uneven or potentially slippery. Be aware that the course is over mixed terrain from paved surface, uneven surface to grass fields and you should only enter in the walk if you are sure you can walk without tripping, stumbling or experiencing difficulty.
Check conditions on the day and act accordingly for your own safety.
Look Out for Fellow Competitors Slower walkers, please keep left at all times to allow faster or more able walkers to pass on the right.
Please give assistance where fellow walkers are in need of help. First aid will be available during the event and marshals stationed around the circuit can assist with contacting them.
Drink Stations: Water will be available at aid stations positioned around the course.
