So eg:-If you want Starter and Irish Stew put 1 first, then 2. = 1+2 =$30
Just a Irish Stew and Dessert eg:- 2+6 =$30 (or different number for other main)
or the whole caboodle, Starter, Irish Stew, Dessert= 1+2+6 =$35
